I Cannot Access my Account

If you are having trouble logging onto the Go Vocab site, try resetting your password. You can do this by:

  • On the login screen there is a button that reads 'Forgotten your password?' at the bottom of the screen, click it

  • This will take you to a new screen, where you enter your email address in the box, and then click 'Reset Password', and you will be sent an email with a link to resetting your password

If this doesn't work, it may be that you spelled your email address wrong when you signed up. If this is the case, please email Customer Support at support@govocab.com, and we'll get this sorted out as soon as possible.
